Shabby Chic Peony Rustic Wedding Cake
Emily brought a couple photos of designs that she liked. A Shabby Chic Rustic Wedding Cake - We incorporated the peony flower w/ the rustic buttercream from her two photos and created Emily's Design for her Shabby Chic Wedding Cake - we created a custom peony - made from gumpaste flower between 5 in - 6 in (diameter of flower) placed on top of the 6in round top tier. Her 4 tier round cake sizes were- 6in - 8in - 10in - 12in round cakes - placed on a wood slab cake stand purchased by Brides family. Her Peony flower was Shabby Chic w/ rustic sides, neutrals, w antique silk, champagne and blush colors shaded on the peony flower.
1st Tier Brides Choice - Chocolate Cake w Peanut Butter Proposal Filling
2nd Tier - Vanilla Cake w Caramel Apples Filling
3rd Tier - Citrus Grove - Vanilla Cake w Lemon Curd Filling
4th Tier - Chocolate Cake w/ crushed Reeses Peanut Butter Filling
Covered in natural buttercream piped in a horizontal layers to give the effect of rustic natural look.

Lil' Rebel 1st Birthday Cake and Smash Cake

2 Tier Lil' Rebel 1st Birthday Cake - Bottom Tier Chocolate Cake w chocolate pastry cream - top tier was vanilla cake w vanilla pastry cream - covered in buttercream - decorated w/ black plaid diamonds - black fondant ribbon bands w/ white studs , blue diamonds on bottom tier. Lil' Rebel - created from gumpaste and also stars on spiral wires shooting from the cake. Hand painted name plaque to match cake was placed on the front bottom tier. A matching smash cake was created to match the large centerpiece cake. A cake topper was created to match the birthday candle and partyware that would be used for his party. Smash cake - chocolate cake w chocolate pastry cream. Russ should have lots of energy for his birthday! Yum chocolate chocolate!
