Chocolate Cake w/ Peanut Butter Proposal filling, layered with ganache and covered in a layer of buttercream. Water waves created with Layers of fondant of ruffles in a multi color design. On each beach towel was a name of each of the birthday girls name, Tammy & Kelly. On top of the cake was hand created flip flops and sea shells. Place on the cake board, starfish and seashells all hand created and edible.
