Wild West Birthday Cake Party

Wild West 1st Birthday sculpted cake town, cupcakes w/ cupcake toppers and smash birthday cake. This one was created for Rylan my Grandson and Amber's nephew. He was having a wild west birthday party to match a toy bench that was one of his gifts. The cakes: Sheriffs Office - General Store, Rylans Toy Store, and RJT Barn. The cakes were cookies n cream, two were chocolate cake w/ cookies n cream and two vanilla cake w/ cookies n cream covered in chocolate ganache, three covered in fondant for the buildings, the store fronts were created w fondant. There were matching cupcakes w/ toppers: cowboy hats, lasso rope, tumble weeds, ponies and sheriff badges. The flavors of the cupcakes: carrot cake, red velvet, chocolate, chocolate w/ white chocolate chips filled w cream cheese filling, buttercream on top. Rylans cake was a vanilla cake w/ cookies n cream filling, chocolate ganache covered w fondant. Topper: No. 1, stars and rope were made from fondant. Lil' Sheriff w stick pony sat on top of a wooden barrel, pony and trough w/ many tumbleweeds. Pony was peeking out of Rylan's Barn. All were edible. Rylan was slow about eating his first cake, but by the end had made a pretty good mess. It was a very fun party with many great family and friends to join in the fun. Cory had prepared an awesome dinner for everyone, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, Beans and Grits. We enjoyed everyone who came to visit and celebrate w/ Rylan on his 1st Birthday. Rylan says "Thank you for all the great gifts" and we also say thank you for being so kind.

Cheeseburger Sculpted Cake

Cookies and Cream sculpted Cheeseburger Birthday Cake - Vanilla Cake - Cookies and Cream Filling - Chocolate ganache covered - decorated w fondant. lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese, sesame seeds created from fondant. Created for Sheila for Aarons 18th Birthday, we wish Aaron a very Happy Birthday!

Orchid Coral Wedding Cake at Florida Aquarium

All the Purple sugar orchids, white chocolate seashells and starfish, 

piped by hand coral on sides of each cake were created by Amber and Sheryl

We created a custom cake stand for their wedding cake,
bridal satin, satin ribbon partially semi-transparent, diamond
rhinestones placed in the center of the ribbon
 and one or our purple sugar orchids was placed off set to
the one side of the front of the stand
  that would match their 4 tier Wedding Cake,

Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Felix Cannella! Felix ask Amber to create a design for their Wedding Cake w/ sugar orchids. The Wedding and reception was held at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa. She designed a  Wedding Cake that she hand piped  Coral on the sides, We created purple sugar orchids that were placed on each tier and on the side cakes.  She created pearl white chocolate seashells and starfish  that were also placed on the cakes to go with the theme of the Florida Aquarium. The 7 ten inch side cakes were also created to match their 4 tier Wedding Cake.  Some were elevated on clear square glass vases w live orchids and lights inside of them, also live orchids and  orchid petals were scattered randomly on table. The 4 tier wedding cake was elevated on a cake stand we created to match their Wedding Cake Centerpiece.  Felix chose the Karrot Gold Cake flavor w cream cheese filling for the 4 tier Wedding Cake covered in buttercream.   The 7 side cakes: flavors were 4 turtle cakes - chocolate cake, caramel and pecan filling,  a chocolate ganache layer, and buttercream, the remaining 3 side cakes were also the Karrot Gold flavor.  Following the Wedding Ceremony which was held by the aquariums,  the Wedding Cakes were displayed in the Taylor Room at the Florida Aquarium where the reception was held . Elegantly the room was decorated w live purple orchids, fish bowls w fish,  beautiful guest tables, live band, and celebrating with them were 300 guest and even the stingrays in the stingray tank joined in for the celebration. Congrats  to the Bride and Groom!

Halloween - Decorated Caramel Apples n Lil Ghost Cupcakes

Halloween Cupcakes & Caramel Apples - apples decorated with homemade caramel & some white chocolate, caramel & reisen chocolate & butterfinger crushed, caramel w/ chocolate drizzled. Pumpkins, Ghost, Skulls, & swirled decorated. Yumm!

Nikon D700 Camera Cake

Nikon D700 Camera 3d Sculpted Cake - Cake flavor - vanilla w/ cookies n cream filling, chocolate ganache coated the camera cake then covered w/ black fondant. Entire camera is sculpted from cake, camera strap made from fondant. River loves photography and has a Nikon D700 camera. We wish you the best with all your photography. Happy Birthday River!

Sock Monkey 1st Birthday Cake

Happy 1st Birthday Maks!

Today we created a Sock Monkey 1st Birthday Cake, Smash Cake and Cupcakes to match. Joy brought us cupcake toppers, cupcake wrappers and we designed a 8 in Vanilla Cake w/ Banana Coconut Cream filling, Vanilla Butter Cream. She wanted the cakes to match her Sock Monkey Party Accessories. We so enjoy creating cakes for children. Maks smash cake was chocolate w/ vanilla butter cream and also thecupcakes. We hand sculpted the 3d sock monkey on top of both cakes. We wish lil' Maks a very Happy 1st Birthday!
