This cake was created for a couple celebrating their 20th Wedding Anniversary and 40th Birthday. A 1920's Gatsby Themed Party. The cake was to resemble her dress that she would be wearing at the party. Happy Birthday & Wedding Anniversary Combo! Enjoy!
The Cake had beading, broaches, pearls, feathers, fringe to match the bottom of her dress. The top tier had a head band with heart shaped beading & green ribbon that matched her head band.
Second tier had scalloping to match her dress with beading that also went around her waist line.
Third tier had beading and fringe to match her dress.

First Tier - Going Bananas - Chocolate Cake / Banana Coconut Cream Filling
Second Tier - Maple Bourbon Sweet Potato Cake - Maple Bourbon Sweet Potato Cake / Brown sugar Cream cheese filling
Third Tier - Peanut Butter Proposal - chocolate cake / peanut butter proposal cream filling
Covered in buttercream, outside layer fondant - all broaches, jewelry, feathers, headband, fringe created out of gumpaste & fondant.
