Happy 1st Birthday Addison!
We created this cute themed birthday cake for Addison's first Birthday.
Her party theme was Our Sunshine.
Sunshine, pinwheels and pennant banner created from fondant. We created a two tier white vanilla cake with fresh raspberries in our scrumptious raspberry filling. Layered in a white chocolate ganache, chocolate ganache, covered in a pink fondant, yellow accents - scalloped lattice , pink and yellow flowers. We created Addison name plaque and her No. 1 plaque for both tiers out of fondant. At the bottom on cake board - hand painted Our Sunshine with mini fondant flowers on cake board.
Smash Cake
What better way to celebrate but with your own personal smash cake on your first birthday. We put mini sunshine and pinwheels on her cake too. A No. 1 plaque with a scallop edge around bottom of her cake. Cake flavor - chocolate cake w/ chocolate ganache / covered in pink fondant.
