Happy 1st Birthday Russ!
2 Tier Lil' Rebel 1st Birthday Cake - Bottom Tier Chocolate Cake w chocolate pastry cream - top tier was vanilla cake w vanilla pastry cream - covered in buttercream - decorated w/ black plaid diamonds - black fondant ribbon bands w/ white studs , blue diamonds on bottom tier. Lil' Rebel - created from gumpaste and also stars on spiral wires shooting from the cake. Hand painted name plaque to match cake was placed on the front bottom tier. A matching smash cake was created to match the large centerpiece cake. A cake topper was created to match the birthday candle and partyware that would be used for his party. Smash cake - chocolate cake w chocolate pastry cream. Russ should have lots of energy for his birthday! Yum chocolate chocolate!
I LOVE this cake. I was looking on the internet for recipes and designs to make my son a cake for his first birthday,and this image came up. His birthday also happens to be Little rebel. Great job on this cake! I think I might try to recreate it for his birthday! Any tips or guide?
