Casie & Bo's Wedding Cake & University of Florida Gator Grooms Cake
Casie & Bo wanted a fun and colorful Wedding Cake - she chose her flowers and colors to match her brides maids dresses, her flowers matched the flowers on the tables and colorful napkins that were placed through out the decorated stables. She wanted her square cake offest at different angles each layer to be more fun with colorful fondant dots that also matched her four colors. The cake was a 12 in square bottom tier - vanilla cake, third tier - carrot cake - cream cheese filling, second tier - red velevet - cream cheese filling, top tier was also vanilla cake - brides favorite flavor. Covered with vanilla buttercream, fondant ribbons that also matched her four colors in her wedding. The colors were perfect for this time of year.
Casie wanted to surprise Bo with a Grooms Cake - she chose a Sculpted University of Florida Gator Cake - chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, some krispy treats for legs, partial nose, arms and a little around the eyes, the rest of the cake even the gator tail made of cake along with the Wedding Cake would serve their guest at the reception. The cakes the Bride chose were perfect with the rest of the decor at the reception. Congrats to the Casie and Bo and wish them a great life together. Thank you for the opportunity to create such fun cakes.

ReplyDeleteCasie, We so enjoyed working with you, creating fun and creative cakes for your special day. As we were creating the Florida Gator, we had many smiles and laughs seeing the feathers in his mouth, and as he came to life like. Glad the cakes were a hit and ya'all enjoyed them. Wishing you the best and thank you for giving us this opportunity to create cakes for your Wedding and Grooms Cake.
