Happy Birthday Allan! They sent us a picture of Allan on his YARD MAN Mower and ask to create a cake from their picture. Allan's Mom use to make him a chocolate cake w chocolate coffee frosting. We created a 10 inch square chocolate kahlua cake w chocolate coffee ganache, buttercream on top in green. Fence was created out of fondant, Yard Man Mower and Allan cake topper was also created out of fondant and gumpaste. Grass was created from green buttercream. All was edible.
